American Midstream Maintains Quarterly Distribution
October 22, 2015 4:08 PM EDTDENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- American Midstream Partners, LP (NYSE: AMID) today announced that the Board of Directors of its general partner declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.4725 per common unit, or $1.89 per unit on an annualized basis. The third quarter 2015 distribution remains unchanged year-over-year and from the previous quarter.
