Independent Bank Group Reports Third Quarter Financial Results
October 22, 2015 7:00 AM EDTMCKINNEY, Texas, Oct. 22, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Independent Bank Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: IBTX), the holding company for Independent Bank, today announced net income available to common shareholders of $8.1 million, or $0.47 per diluted share, for the quarter ended September 30, 2015 compared to $8.9 million, or $0.54 per diluted share, for the quarter ended September 30, 2014 and $10.5 million, or $0.61 per diluted share, for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.
