October 21, 2015 4:00 AM EDTMILPITAS, Calif., Oct. 21, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- KLA-Tencor Corporation (NASDAQ: KLAC) today announced operating results for its first quarter of fiscal year 2016, which ended on September 30, 2015, and reported GAAP net income of $105 million and GAAP earnings per diluted share of $0.66 on revenues of $643 million.
