KeyCorp Reports Third Quarter 2015 Net Income Of $216 Million, Or $.26 Per Common Share
October 15, 2015 6:31 AM EDTCLEVELAND, Oct. 15, 2015 /PRNewswire/ --Â KeyCorp (NYSE: KEY) today announced third quarter net income from continuing operations attributable to Key common shareholders of $216 million, or $.26 per common share, compared to $230 million, or $.27 per common share, for the second quarter of 2015, and $197 million, or $.23 per common share, for the third quarter of 2014. During the third quarter of 2015, Key incurred $19 million, or $.01 per common share, of costs related to a pension settlement charge, compared to $20 million, or $.01 per common share, during the third quarter of 2014.
