Cohen & Steers Reports Third Quarter 2015 Results
October 14, 2015 4:36 PM EDTNEW YORK, Oct. 14, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Cohen & Steers, Inc. (NYSE: CNS) reported net income attributable to common stockholders of $17.1 million, or $0.37 per diluted share and $0.38 per basic share, for the quarter ended September 30, 2015, compared with $18.2 million, or $0.40 per diluted share and $0.41 per basic share, for the quarter ended September 30, 2014. Total revenue for the third quarter of 2015 was $79.7 million, a decrease of 1.5% from $80.8 million for the third quarter of 2014.
For the nine months ended September 30, 2015, the company recorded net income attributable to common stockholders of $58.7 million, or $1.28 per diluted share and $1.29 per basic... More
