Digital Realty Trust (DLR) Completes $1.89B Acquisition of Telx
October 12, 2015 9:09 AM UTCDigital Realty Trust (NYSE: DLR) announced that it has completed the previously announced acquisition of Telx, a premier provider of data center colocation, interconnection and cloud enablement solutions, from private equity firms ABRY Partners and Berkshire Partners in a transaction valued at $1.886 billion.
