EMC Pre-Announces Third-Quarter Financial Results
October 12, 2015 7:10 AM EDTHOPKINTON, Mass., Oct. 12, 2015 /PRNewswire/ --Â EMC Corporation (NYSE: EMC) today announced preliminary third-quarter 2015 results: consolidated revenue is expected to be between $6.05 and $6.08 billion. GAAP earnings per weighted average diluted share is expected to be approximately $0.25. Non-GAAP earnings per weighted average diluted share is expected to be approximately $0.431.Â

VMware Reports Preliminary Q3 2015 Results
October 12, 2015 7:02 AM EDTPALO ALTO, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 10/12/15 -- VMware, Inc. (NYSE: VMW), a leader in cloud infrastructure and business mobility, announced preliminary financial results for the third quarter of 2015.
Revenues for the third quarter are expected to be $1.672 billion, an increase of 10% from the third quarter of 2014, or an increase of 14% in constant currency. "I'm pleased with our overall Q3 results, with total revenue expected to exceed the high end of our guidance range," said Jonathan Chadwick, chief financial officer, chief operating officer and executive vice president, VMware.
