Net income of $44 million, or $0.02 per share;excluding special items, net income of $109 million, or $0.07 per share $5.6 billion revenue down approximately 11 percent year-over-year, reflecting a 21 percent decline from divestitures, closures and market headwinds, partially offset by a 10 percent revenue increase from aerospace and automotive organic growth, acquisitions and Alumina sales $3.4 billion revenue, after-tax operating income of $257 million, and adjusted EBITDA of $508 million for combined Value-Add businesses Engineered Products and Solutions record revenue of $1.4 billion;
