October 7, 2015 7:35 PM EDTSOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., Oct. 7, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- CytomX Therapeutics, Inc., a biopharmaceutical company developing Probody therapeutics for the treatment of cancer, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 6,666,667 shares of common stock at an initial public offering price of $12 per share, before underwriting discounts and commissions.
