CytomX Therapeutics (CTMX) IPO Opens Sharply Higher, Pares Gains
October 8, 2015 2:49 PM EDTToday's IPO for CytomX Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: CTMX) opened for trading earlier at $16 after pricing 6,666,667 shares of common stock at an initial public offering price of $12 per share, below the $14-$16 range. Shares have since backed down to $14.35.
In addition, the underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,000,000 shares of common stock from CytomX. All shares of common stock are being offered by CytomX.

CytomX Therapeutics (CTMX) IPO Prices at $12, Below Expected Range
October 8, 2015 8:51 AM EDTCytomX Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: CTMX) announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 6,666,667 shares of common stock at an initial public offering price of $12 per share, below the $14-$16 range. The shares are expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ Global Select Market today under the ticker symbol "CTMX."
In addition, the underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,000,000 shares of common stock from CytomX. All shares of common stock are being offered by CytomX.... More
