October 6, 2015 10:42 AM EDTOne day after naming Jack Dorsey as permanent CEO, Twitter (NYSE: TWTR) has launched 'Project Lightning' aka 'Moments', which seeks to help users find "the best of whats happening on Twitter in an instant."
Going to the "Moments" page now, for instance, users would find "South Carolina flood breaks dams" and "California enacts right-to-die bill".
