October 5, 2015 3:21 PM EDTGeneral Electric Capital Corporation, of General Electric (NYSE: GE), announced the pricing terms of the previously announced private offers commenced by GE Capital International Funding Company (the Issuer) to exchange (the Exchange Offers) the Issuers new senior unsecured notes (collectively, the New Notes) for certain outstanding debt securities (collectively, the Old Notes). The pricing terms were established at 11:00 a.m. (New York City time) (4:00 p.m. (London time)) on October 5, 2015 (the Price Determination Date).
