TeleNav (TNAV), Nokomis Capital Enter Agreement; New Board Member Appointed

TeleNav (NASDAQ: TNAV) announced that it reached an agreement with Nokomis Capital pursuant to which the Board appointed Richard L. Todaro to its Board of Directors.
