Gramercy Property Trust Declares Third Quarter 2015 Dividends
September 15, 2015 8:30 AM EDTNEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Gramercy Property Trust Inc. (NYSE: GPT), a real estate investment trust, announced today that its Board of Directors declared a third quarter 2015 dividend of $0.22 per common share. The dividend is payable on October 15, 2015 to holders of the Companys common stock and to unitholders of GPT Property Trust LP of record as of the close of business on September 30, 2015.
