Grainger Reports August 2015 Sales Results
September 14, 2015 8:00 AM EDTCHICAGO, Sept. 14, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Grainger (NYSE: GWW) today reported sales results for the month of August 2015. Sales declined 2 percent versus August 2014. Results for the month included a 3 percentage point decline from unfavorable foreign exchange and a 1 percentage point increase from acquisitions. Sales were flat on an organic basis consisting of 1 percentage point from volume offset by a 1 percentage point decline in price.  The month of August 2015 had 21 selling...
