Qualcomm (QCOM) Acquires Capsule Technologie
September 14, 2015 7:32 AM UTCQualcomm Incorporated (NASDAQ: QCOM) today announced that its subsidiary, Qualcomm Life, Inc., has acquired Capsule Technologie, a leading global provider of medical device integration and clinical data management solutions with more than 1,930 hospital clients in 38 countries. Capsule will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Qualcomm Life.
