MedAssets (MDAS) Adds Independent Director
September 8, 2015 8:41 AM EDTMedAssets (NASDAQ: MDAS) announced that Frederick A. Hessler has been appointed as an independent member of the company's board of directors. He will serve as a member of the audit committee and the governance and nominating committee.
