KANSAS CITY, MO -- (Marketwired) -- 09/02/15 -- H&R Block, Inc. (NYSE: HRB), the world's largest consumer tax services provider, today announced that it is commencing its previously announced "modified Dutch auction" tender offer for up to $1,500,000,000 of its common stock at a price per share not less than $32.25 and not greater than $37.00.
