Qualcomm (QCOM) Enters Chronic Care Management Solution Development Collaboration
August 31, 2015 7:33 AM EDTQualcomm (NASDAQ: QCOM) announced that its subsidiary, Qualcomm Life, Inc., is collaborating with Davita Healthcare Partners and P2Link to develop chronic care management solutions powered by Qualcomm Life's 2net Device Connectivity Platform and HealthyCircles Care Coordination Platform to enable continuous care, informed interventions and better management of at-risk populations. The collaborations were announced at Qualcomm Life's annual Connect 2015 ecosystem conference taking place on August 31 and September 1, 2015 in San Diego, California.
