August 18, 2015 6:50 AM EDTBrean Capital reiterated a Buy rating and $46.00 price target on Urban Outfitters, Inc. (NASDAQ: URBN) following the company's 2Q16 earnings results. Q2 earnings were $0.52, exceeding Street estimates of $0.49. Total revenue increased 7% to $867M, compared to Street's $881M. Urban Outfitters says comparable sales may be slower in third quarter
August 17, 2015 4:14 PM EDT(Reuters) - Urban Outfitters Inc(NASDAQ: URBN) on Monday said same-store sales growth so far in the third quarter was slower than in the previous three months, raising concerns about the apparel retailer's performance in the back-to-school shopping season.
The Philadelphia-based retailer reported second-quarter comparable sales growth of 4 percent on Monday, lower than the 4.3 percent rise analysts on average had expected, according to research firm Consensus Metrix.

Urban Outfitters (URBN) Tops Q2 EPS by 3c
August 17, 2015 4:01 PM EDTUrban Outfitters (NASDAQ: URBN) reported Q2 EPS of $0.52, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.49. Revenue for the quarter came in at $867 million versus the consensus estimate of $881.16 million. Comps increased 4%.
