Coupons.com (COUP) Names Jennifer Ceran as CFO
August 12, 2015 4:04 PM EDTCoupons.com (NYSE: COUP) today announced Jennifer Ceran to the Coupons.com executive management team as Chief Financial Officer, effective September 8, 2015. As Coupons.com's CFO, Ceran will be responsible for all corporate finance, accounting and investor relations functions, reporting to Steven Boal, Founder and Chief Executive Officer. Ceran comes to Coupons.com from Box, Inc., (NYSE: BOX) where she served as Vice President of Finance for the cloud-based, enterprise content management company.
