UBS Cuts Price Target on Yahoo! (YHOO) to $51 Following Revised BABA Outlook
August 13, 2015 9:25 AM EDTUBS maintained a Buy rating on Yahoo! (NASDAQ: YHOO), and cut the price target to $51.00 (from $57.00), on a revised BABA outlook. The revised price target on YHOO follows a downward revision on BABA, whose price target was cut to $101 (From $112).

August 13, 2015 7:29 AM EDTBrean Capital maintained a Buy rating on Alibaba (NYSE: BABA) and cut the price target to $92.00 (from $97.00), following the company's 1Q16 earnings report. Alibaba (BABA) Tops Q1 EPS by 1c; Approves $4B Common Stock Buyback

Alibaba (NYSE: BABA) reported Q1 EPS of $0.59, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.58. Revenue for the quarter came in at $3.27 billion versus the consensus estimate of $3.39 billion.
Alibaba's Board of Directors has authorized a share repurchase program in an aggregate amount of up to US$4 billion over a period of two years, primarily to offset dilution, for example, from our share-based compensation programs.
