BioScrip (BIOS) Posts Q2 GAAP Loss of $3.60/Share; Will Review Strategic Alternatives
August 10, 2015 7:06 AM UTCBioScrip (NASDAQ: BIOS) reported Q2 EPS of ($3.60), which may not compare with the analyst estimate of ($0.08). Revenue for the quarter came in at $262.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $269.38 million.
Consolidated Adjusted EBITDA was a loss of $2.5 million, a $13.5 million decrease compared to Adjusted EBITDA of $11.0 million in the prior year period. The decrease was primarily due to a lower gross margin revenue mix shift as well as the increase of contractual and bad debt expense; and
