(NASDAQ: LIND; the "Company"), a global provider of expedition cruises and adventure travel experiences, today reported the financial results of Lindblad Expeditions, Inc. ("Lindblad") for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.Â
As previously announced, on July 8, 2015, Lindblad and Capitol Acquisition Corp. II ("Capitol") completed their merger.
