Planet Fitness Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
August 6, 2015 7:00 AM EDTNEWINGTON, N.H., Aug. 6, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Planet Fitness (NYSE: PLNT) (the "Company"), today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 13,500,000 shares of its Class A common stock at a public offering price of $16.00 per share. The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on August 6, 2015 under the ticker symbol "PLNT."
