Guggenheim Raises Price Target on Dermira (DERM) to $40 After Announced Pricing of Follow-On Public Offering

Guggenheim reiterated a Buy rating on Dermira (NASDAQ: DERM), and raised the price target to $40.00 (from $22.00), after announced pricing of a follow-on public offering that generated $96.75MM of gross proceeds.
