Apollo Global Management (APO) to Acquire RCS Capital's (RCAP) Wholesale Distribution Business and AR Global

Apollo Global Management (NYSE: APO) announced that it has agreed to acquire a majority interest in a new company, AR Global Investments, LLC, that will own a majority of the ongoing asset management business of AR Capital, a leading asset management firm focused on providing income solutions for retail investors.
