RECENT HIGHLIGHTS
For the second quarter of 2015, Normalized FFO, Normalized AFFO and net income attributable to common stockholders per diluted common share were $0.53, $0.52 and $0.24, respectively, including a provision for doubtful accounts primarily associated with the Forest Park Frisco straight-line rents and rents receivable discussed below of $0.05, $0.03 and $0.05, respectively, compared to $0.57, $0.53 and $0.28, respectively, for the second quarter of 2014.
