GEO Group (GEO) Declares $0.62 Quarterly Dividend; 6.6% Yield
August 4, 2015 7:50 AM EDTGEO Group (NYSE: GEO) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.62 per share, or $2.48 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on August 24, 2015, to stockholders of record on August 14, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of August 12, 2015.

GEO Group (GEO) Tops Q2 FFO by 5c
August 4, 2015 7:50 AM EDTGEO Group (NYSE: GEO) reported Q2 FFO of $0.78, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.73. Revenue for the quarter came in at $445.95 million versus the consensus estimate of $448.94 million.
GEO Group sees FY2015 FFO of $3.30-$3.34, versus the consensus of $3.16.
