RR Donnelley (RRD) Tops Q2 EPS by 4c; Plans Separation into Three, Publicly-Traded Companies
August 4, 2015 6:32 AM EDTRR Donnelley (NASDAQ: RRD) reported Q2 EPS of $0.41, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.37. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.7 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.74 billion.
RR Donnelley sees FY2015 revenue of $11.4 - $11.6 billion, versus prior guidance of $11.7 - $11.9 billion.
RRD also announced that it intends to create three independent, publicly traded companies: one business focused on financial communications and data services; one business focused on publishing and retail-centric print services; and one business focused on customized multichannel communications management.
