UGI Reports Third Quarter Earnings
August 3, 2015 5:40 PM EDTVALLEY FORGE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- UGI Corporation (NYSE: UGI) today reported adjusted net income attributable to UGI of $4.7 million, or $0.03 per diluted share, for the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2015, compared to $17.1 million, or $0.10 per diluted share, for the quarter ended June 30, 2014. Adjusted earnings per diluted share for the quarter ended June 30, 2015 include a $0.06 loss as a result of the Totalgaz acquisition, which was completed on May 29, 2015.
