Omega Announces Second Quarter 2015 Financial Results; Adjusted FFO of $0.77 Per Share for the Second Quarter
August 3, 2015 5:15 PM EDTHUNT VALLEY, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Omega Healthcare Investors, Inc. (NYSE: OHI) (the Company or Omega) today announced its results of operations for the three-month period ended June 30, 2015. The Company also reported for the three-month period ended June 30, 2015 Funds From Operations (FFO) available to common stockholders of $100.7 million or $0.52 per common share and Funds Available For Distribution (FAD) to common stockholders of $136.1 million or $0.70 per common share.
