TPG Specialty Lending (TSLX) CFO to Step Down
July 31, 2015 4:06 PM EDTTPG Specialty Lending (NYSE: TSLX) announced today the following changes to the Companys management team. Alan Kirshenbaum has notified the Company of his intention to step down as Chief Financial Officer, effective no earlier than October 2, 2015, to pursue a new career opportunity. Upon his departure, Robert (Bob) Ollwerther, the Companys Chief Operating Officer, will assume the role of interim Chief Financial Officer, pending a resolution by the Companys Board of Directors. During the transition, Ollwerther will continue to serve as TPG Specialty Lending, Inc.s Chief Operating Officer.
