Rowan Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

HOUSTON, July 31, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Rowan Companies plc ("Rowan" or "Company") (NYSE: RDC) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per Class A Ordinary Share payable on August 25, 2015 to the shareholders of record at the close of business on August 11, 2015.
