Weyerhaeuser Reports Second Quarter Results
July 31, 2015 3:05 AM EDTFEDERAL WAY, Wash., July 31, 2015 /PRNewswire/ --Â Weyerhaeuser Company (NYSE: WY) today reported second quarter net earnings to common shareholders of $133 million, or 26 cents per diluted share, on net sales of $1.8 billion. This compares with net earnings of $90 million, or 17 cents per diluted share, on net sales of $1.7 billion for first quarter 2015, and net earnings of $280 million, or 47 cents per diluted share, on net sales from continuing operations of $2.0 billion for the second quarter last year.
