Oil States Reports Adjusted Second Quarter 2015 Earnings of $0.15 Per Share
July 28, 2015 7:21 PM EDTHOUSTON, July 28, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Oil States International, Inc. (NYSE: OIS) reported net income for the second quarter ended June 30, 2015 of $6.1 million, or $0.12 per diluted share, which included pre-tax charges of $1.7 million for severance and other downsizing initiatives. Excluding these second quarter 2015 charges, net income would have totaled $7.5 million, or $0.15 per diluted share. These results compare to adjusted net income from continuing operations of $47.6 million, or $0.88 per diluted share, reported in the second quarter of 2014.
