Allergan (AGN) Enters agreement to Acquire Naurex in Net $560M Deal
July 27, 2015 6:48 AM EDTAllergan (NYSE: AGN) and Naurex Inc., a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing transformative therapies for challenging disorders of the central nervous system, announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement under which Allergan will acquire Naurex in an all-cash transaction.
