July 24, 2015 7:02 AM EDTNEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- On July 13, 2015, the Board of Directors of Moodys Corporation (NYSE: MCO) declared a regular quarterly dividend of 34 cents per share of MCO Common Stock. The dividend will be payable on September 10, 2015 to stockholders of record at the close of business on August 20, 2015.
