July 23, 2015 12:55 PM EDTGREENEVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Forward Air Corporation (NASDAQ: FWRD) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 24, 2015 and is expected to be paid on September 8, 2015.
