Time Warner (TWX) Announces Euro-Denominated Notes Offering
July 21, 2015 6:16 AM EDTTime Warner (NYSE: TWX) announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of a benchmark size of Euro-denominated senior notes due 2023. The net proceeds from the issuance of the notes will be used for general corporate purposes.
