Cal-Maine Foods Reports Fourth Quarter and Fiscal 2015 Results
July 20, 2015 6:30 AM EDTJACKSON, Miss.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Cal-Maine Foods, Inc. (NASDAQ: CALM) today reported results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended May 30, 2015.
Net sales for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2015 were $403.0 million, compared with net sales of $371.6 million for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2014. The Company reported net income of $46.1Â million, or $0.96 per basic share and $0.95 per diluted share, for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2015, compared with $31.5Â million, or $0.66 per basic share and $0.65 per diluted share, for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2014.
