July 15, 2015 2:22 PM EDTProNAi Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: DNAI) filed a amended registration with the U.S. SEC for an IPO of its Common Stock. The company plans to sell 8.1 million shares and sees an offering price of about $17 per share. Previously, the company was planning to offer 6.7 million shares with an expected offering price of $14 to $16 per share. The company will trade on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker, "DNAI."
Underwriters are Jefferies, BofA Merrill Lynch, Wedbush PacGrow, and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey.
