Digital Realty Trust (DLR) Commences 10.5M Common Stock Offering
July 14, 2015 6:50 AM UTCDigital Realty Trust (NYSE: DLR) has commenced an underwritten registered public offering of 10,500,000 shares of its common stock in connection with the forward sales agreements described below.
BofA Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley and Citigroup are the joint book-running managers for the offering.
The company expects to enter into forward sale agreements with Bank of America, N.A., Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Citigroup Global Markets Inc.
