Digital Realty Trust (DLR) Commences 10.5M Common Stock Offering
July 14, 2015 6:50 AM UTCDigital Realty Trust (NYSE: DLR) has commenced an underwritten registered public offering of 10,500,000 shares of its common stock in connection with the forward sales agreements described below.
BofA Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley and Citigroup are the joint book-running managers for the offering.
The company expects to enter into forward sale agreements with Bank of America, N.A., Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. Digital Realty Trust (DLR) to Acquire Telx in $1.89B Deal
July 14, 2015 6:48 AM UTCDigital Realty Trust (NYSE: DLR) and Telx, a national provider of data center colocation, interconnection and cloud enablement solutions, announced today they have entered into a definitive agreement under which Digital Realty will acquire Telx from private equity firms ABRY Partners and Berkshire Partners in a transaction valued at $1.886 billion.
The combination is expected to double Digital Realty's footprint in the rapidly-growing colocation business, as well as provide Digital Realty customers access to a leading interconnection platform.
