Books-A-Million (BAMM) Enters $3.25/Share Takeover Agreement
July 14, 2015 6:28 AM EDTBooks-A-Million (NASDAQ: BAMM) announced that it has signed a definitive agreement under which a newly organized entity owned by the Anderson Family, including Clyde B. Anderson, Executive Chairman of the Company, and related persons and entities, will acquire the Company.
Under the agreement, holders of the Companys outstanding shares of the common stock, excluding the Anderson Family and related persons and entities, along with certain members of management who elect to rollover their shares, will receive $3.25 per share in cash.
