AppFolio Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering

SANTA BARBARA, Calif., June 26, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AppFolio, Inc. (Nasdaq: APPF) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 6,200,000 shares of its Class A common stock at a price to the public of $12.00 per share.
