Green Plains Partners LP (GPP) IPO Opens Modestly Higher
June 26, 2015 11:00 AM EDTToday's IPO for Green Plains Partners LP (NASDAQ: GPP) opened for trading at $15.23 after pricing 10,000,000 common units representing limited partner interests at a public offering price of $15.00 per common unit, below the expected $19-$21 range.
In addition, Green Plains Partners has granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 1,500,000 common units at the initial public offering price.

June 26, 2015 8:13 AM EDTGreen Plains Partners LP (NASDAQ: GPP) priced ts initial public offering of 10,000,000 common units representing limited partner interests at a public offering price of $15.00 per common unit, below the expected $19-$21 range. The common units are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Market today under the ticker symbol "GPP".
In addition, Green Plains Partners has granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 1,500,000 common units at the initial public offering price.
