Univar Inc. Prices Initial Public Offering of Common Stock
June 17, 2015 8:41 PM EDTDOWNERS GROVE, Ill., June 17, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Univar Inc., a global chemical distributor and provider of value-added services, announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 35,000,000 shares of common stock at a price to the public of $22.00 per share. Univar Inc. will sell 20,000,000 shares and certain of our stockholders will sell 15,000,000 shares in the offering. The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "UNVR" on June 18, 2015.
