Coty (COTY), P&G (PG) Beauty Businesses Deal Would Be Accretive for Coty, Says Deutsche Bank
June 16, 2015 9:06 AM EDTDeutsche Bank analyst Bill Schmitz Jr commented on rumors from the New York Post that said Coty Inc. (NYSE: COTY) could pay $12 billion to acquire three beauty businesses from Procter & Gamble (NYSE: PG). If rumors prove to be accurate, he thinks the deal could be 28% accretive to Cotys FY16 EPS, assuming a Reverse Morris Trust (RMT) structure.
