Amicus Therapeutics (FOLD) Prices 16.98M Common Secondary Offering at $13.25/Share
June 12, 2015 6:17 AM EDTAmicus Therapeutics (NASDAQ: FOLD) announced the pricing of an underwritten offering of 16,981,132 shares of its common stock at $13.25 per share. The gross proceeds from the offering to Amicus are expected to be $225 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses... More
